Qualifications:

Tint World, an Inc 500/5000 Company, is looking for a proven Automotive Window tint installer at our locally owned and operated NW Columbus, OH location.

Ideal candidate

• Must hold a valid Ohio driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in Automotive Tint required (PPF / Vehicle Wrap installation a huge plus).
• Residential / Commercial flat-glass tinting experience a huge plus.
• Must be comfortable working with high end and exotic vehicles.
• Must be willing to learn PPF and / or Vehicle Wraps if no experience.
• We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to lift up-to 50lbs and able to bend, crouch, kneel, and be comfortable in small spaces. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• You bring the right attitude and work ethic, and we will train you for a very lucrative career.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Install Window Film to Tint World standards.
• Conduct inspections before and after installs of vehicles.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• File appropriate paperwork on each job.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Keep up to date on all manufacturer information and training that will affect vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend training as necessary to improve skill, some travel required.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for window tinting.
• Perform automotive repair tasks related to window tinting, such as removing old tint film or repairing damaged glass.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the window tinting process.
• Be willing to train less experienced associates.
