Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Cold call potential customers to generate leads and promote products
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure documents are processed and filed correctly

Requirements:

- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
