Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the escrow process for a range of transactions, from simple to complex. This includes preparing closing documents, entering information for closing statements, and managing disbursement and subsequent tasks.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the escrow process, adjusting communication methods as necessary.
• Interpret and apply various agreements relevant to escrow closings.
• Utilize innovative technologies to streamline escrow transactions, while engaging with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
