Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth operations at our restaurant. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival - Manage the reservation system and seat guests promptly - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations - Operate the Aloha POS system to process guest orders and payments - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service flow - Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Support other team members as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or food service is preferred - Familiarity with operating a POS system, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Team player mentality with a willingness to help others Join our team today and be part of an exciting restaurant environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
