Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the manufacturing of fence posts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

Duties:
- #1 duty is safety conscious always with rewards for being safe
- Perform manual labor tasks such as stacking, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy materials 15 to 40 lbs
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete an efficiently ran day
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary
- Previous experience in any production related area is beneficial to the starting wage
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
