Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented, experienced individual to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative with us, you will have the ability to earn well above your base salary, while utilizing and developing your administrative, sales/ marketing and service skills. Servicing/ Selling clients in life, property and casualty markets of insurance, you will have a key role in growing an established, thriving tenured agency. The Timberlin Agency is a highly energetic, well established group of talented individuals motivated to exceed all expectations of Insurance service and sales.

Responsibilities

As a Insurance Sales Representative you will be calling on prospective clients and generating new leads while also managing new and existing customer accounts, both life and property and casualty. However, in this career, you will also have the opportunity to participate in several other exciting business activities including:

  • Utilizing proven marketing systems, or those you may develop, to reach potential customers for our Insurance and Financial Services products
  • Providing excellent customer service to policyholders
  • Attending networking & sales events, trade shows & community events
  • Educating and assisting customers
  • Administrating a book of business and setting up daily agency tasks.
  • World-renowned University of Farmers online training access to continually evolve in product knowledge & new systems.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health license
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently & with management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • One year minimum insurance experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma
