Timberland Lumber is a growing Indiana company with locations in Brazil and Indianapolis. We are hiring immediately a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks at our Window Warehouse in Indianapolis. Duties will include providing support to assist estimating and sales department. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Bilingual is helpful but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with issuing bills and invoices.
• Assist with processing receivables. 
• Follow up with customers after service via phone or email to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management and warehouse personnel
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
• At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
