Duties:
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Set up dining areas and tables for meal service
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and efficient manner
- Buss tables and clean dining areas after meals
- Sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
