Long-term, family-owned business looking to add an Automotive Service Advisor to our team. The Service Advisor is responsible for communicating and selling repair services to our customers and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Duties will include greeting and checking in customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, contacting customers in a timely fashion to update them about their vehicle's status and needs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Tim's Automotive's range of services.
