Tim Hortons - Rensko Holdings is Hiring a District Manager Near Piqua, OH

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The District Manager is accountable for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams in the district. The District Manager ensures that each Restaurant Management Team is performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Supervise, motivate and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.

· Highly skilled in guest relations, business and financial management, and motivating teams.

· Conducts regular performance reviews; cash, sales, inventory and labor audits.

· Ensures QSR franchise standards are enforced and met

· Analyzes business performance; initiates appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations.

· Ensures that business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with company policies and procedures.

· Upholds company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and team members.

· Resolve issues, solve problems, and handle unexpected situations that often arise in the restaurant business

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5-years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-units preferably in a restaurant environment.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.

· Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management

· Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
