Bisla is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide in-school care for students with special needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior plans in the school setting. You’ll help patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with caregivers. It’s a rewarding position — you’ll be an important member of a child’s care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child’s life.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
• Collect and record data
• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
• Attend team meetings and complete team / individual training sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, school social workers, counselors, and others involved with care of students

What You Bring:

• Current RBT certification
• High-school degree or equivalent (AA a plus)
• Experience working with individuals that have autism or other special needs
• Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, mentor, tutor, coach, counselor)
• Creative problem solver in dynamic environments
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods, kneel, crawl, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license required
• A desire to help others gain valuable life skills and use that as motivation for your own advancement
