**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Key holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supervising staff.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Assist in creating employee schedules

**Skills:**

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in inventory control to optimize stock levels

- Experience in supervising and coaching retail teams

- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions

- Excellent organizational abilities to manage store operations efficiently

- Familiarity with cash register operations and balancing cash drawers

- Team management skills to motivate and lead staff effectively

- Ability to conduct interviews for hiring new team members

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
