Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales in a retail environment.

Duties:

- Provide leadership and support to retail staff
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Drive sales through effective selling techniques
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Manage and market promotions effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct interviews and assist with employee orientation
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in retail math for inventory management
- Ability to manage and market products effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and employee orientation programs
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control procedures
