Position Overview:We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in servicing central heating and air conditioning systems, performing change-outs, and providing top-notch customer service. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment.
- Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades of HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Knowledge of American Standard AC units preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
