About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Top Creators Lead specializing in the fashion vertical to join our team, with a primary focus to drive growth and success for fashion creators on TikTok Shop. The position sits in our Top Creators division and is tasked with directly managing a team of strategic creator managers who specialize in working with fashion focused creators. Top creators enrolled in our TikTok Shop Creator Program receive dedicated support from our team, including supporting platform best practices, content strategy, content merchandising, brand/merchant engagements, and platform initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of fashion Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) providing strategic guidance to support their creator's e-commerce content strategy
  • Work closely with the cross-functional (XFN) fashion category leads/teams to drive success and growth for their merchants via top creators
  • Analyze top creator data, providing insights and suggesting solutions to improve vertical performance
  • Drive specific strategies for top creators in the fashion vertical
  • Support the Head of Top Creator in delivering reporting for the fashion vertical to the larger organization
  • Steer collaborations between top creators' team and fashion merchants with a results-oriented mindset to maximize ROI
  • Be a voice for top creators on our platform. Escalate technical and moderation issues that creators may encounter providing support and troubleshooting for Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs)
  • Collaborate with other teams at TikTok to give creators access to resources, tools, and opportunities
  • Identify new opportunities and areas for growth for the fashion vertical and execute on them
  • Track individual and team performance towards monthly and quarterly goals
  • Provide 1:1 feedback to direct reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in social e-commerce, digital marketing, influencer/creator management, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferable within the fashion or influencer marketing industry
  • Experience working with fashion sellers to drive success and e-commerce results
  • Experience building and managing a team of direct reports
  • Experience in managing multiple department needs and coordinating them into cohesive collaborations
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in using data to provide insights and solutions for improvement and innovation
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok's platform and content creators with a focus on the fashion vertical
  • Strong network within the fashion creator community
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to challenges
  • Experience in content-driven e-commerce is highly preferred
  • Experience with content creation, video production and editing may be beneficial
  • Knowledge and experience in live shopping may be beneficial

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $273600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
