E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities

• Grow the local IPR Operations team and oversee their day-to-day operations moderating policies for the E-commerce business
• Work with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refresher
• Act as the main operations point of contact for Intellectual Property Rights issues such as counterfeit, trademark, and notice & takedown workflows
• Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality
• Develop and maintain operations programs complementary to the governance, corporate, and policy objectives
• Report, analyse, and provide insights on our operational processes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide reports and support the Regional Moderation Lead
• Responsible for solving content concerns for users with cross-functional teams such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred
• 5 years experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company
• Recent and minimum 3 years experience as Team Lead/Quality Manager/ Technical Lead
• Great people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills
• Demonstrated exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements and content policy management
• Experience with IPR policy enforcement and governance
