We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Client Solutions Specialist, to be based in New York within the Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) Team. The Global Agency & Accounts Team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.
The Regional Client Solutions Specialist is a crucial member of our growing Global Agency & Accounts Team in North America that supports our local sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internally and externally. The Client Solutions Specialist role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Specialist will establish and strengthen key regional client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
You will also be responsible for planning and delivery of important GA&A project initiatives which drive greater adoption of TikTok's ad platform with advertisers. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about cross-functional program/project management, demonstrates high level strategic thinking and is skilled with project-managing on-the-ground execution. This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and using analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational pain points. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, creative problem solver, self-resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Job Profile
  • Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results
  • Conduct regular regional business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the GA&A Account Managers and Sales team
  • Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful regional campaigns execution
  • Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
  • Support and work with the sales team on presale research and pitches for regional campaigns
  • Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimisation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok’s features and ad units
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
  • Analyse regional campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • As part of the Strategic Operations unit within the GA&A team, work with global and regional business unit stakeholders for overall program management of multiple strategic initiatives to engage with TikTok's advertising/media clients and grow ad revenue
  • Identify areas of common concern, redundancies in operation, and inefficiencies. Develop standards and polices to improve workflows to engage with major brands within North America.
  • Partner with global counterparts across sales, legal, marketing and product to drive system improvements for data, reporting, project management processes, and legal framework
  • Responsible for end to end project management of workshops and educational programs with senior brand stakeholders. The candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to get alignment on the requirements for the workshop, work with internal teams to project manage creation of content, ensure that the workshop gets delivered on time and budget and incorporate learnings into future workshops.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management/media services roles in digital marketing - biddable network experience a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Comfort in running status meetings, managing action items and keeping everyone updated on status of all associated projects/programs. High attention to detail and very organized
  • Experience in campaign management and set up. Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders. Able to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort in working with Google Slides and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Passion for data and technology - leverage data to drive strategy and measure success; comfort with technology to understand what drives product adoption and influence the product roadmap
  • Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
  • Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
  • Comfortable working in a startup culture: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $58500 - $62000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
