We are looking for someone to work with partnerships team to uncover pain points and growth opportunities, and then develop and own end-to-end integrity ads moderation solutions for partners and clients on channels.

• Responsible for end-to-end management of integrity system for core ad products (risk assurance, review quality, review efficiency, experience and unlocking growth opportunities), ensuring the integrity related products, technologies and processes enable TikTok to manage and mitigate the risks associated with advertising
• Together with TikTok Monetization Product Partnership teams to define the appropriate integrity solution (policy, process and platform) requirements for partner channels
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial Product Managers, RD, Data, Operation Managers) to drive process and metric optimization
• Develop and manage the integrity solution roadmaps for multiple ad products or verticals; effectively prioritize business opportunities from a wide range of inputs so that your team is working on the most impactful projects

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders
• 5 years experience in content moderation, program management, advertising product operations, large-scale commercial business risk control or technology/solution consultancy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in stakeholder management
• You’re entrepreneurial. You're self-driven. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and passionate in building products and processes that scale
• Highly data-sensitive, with in-depth data interpretation
• Bachelor's degree or above

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting product operation in multiple markets ideally in ad integrity or risk control space
• Technical experience

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $113777 - $270000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
