The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.
Product Managers in Business Integrity will be part of an experienced team, working alongside experts in engineering, data science, operations and policy. At the same time, new team members will also be joining an initiative that has only just gotten started--we have far more questions than answers--even as new challenges appear each day. Thus, candidates must be hungry for perspective when forming their product hypotheses, but also relentless in driving those hypotheses toward tangible results.

• Define business problems, goals and product solutions of TikTok ads Integrity that keeps our users from violating ads
• Design strategies that can better balance the goal of risk control and revenue growth
• Learn from users' feedback, case analysis and measurements to find new opportunities
• Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches, communication, and content translation with internal and external stakeholders in China
• 5 years experience in product management, having launched at least one product from 0-1 (this does not include total years of experience)
• Experience synthesizing data both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing
• Ability to influence without authority
• Intellectual humility, honesty and curiosity
• Experience building solutions based on artificial intelligence or machine learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building solutions addressing content quality or authenticity

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
