We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities
Rate Card Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage the rate card structure to ensure clarity, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Establish a rate card update cadence, evaluate and adjust the rate card in response to market conditions, business needs, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including strategy, business development, and settlement, to ensure alignment and feasibility of rate card adjustments.
Pricing and Promotion Strategy:
  • Lead the creation and execution of scalable pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Develop innovative pricing models based on market insights and business goals.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns, like discounted rates for specific events or periods, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximum impact on the user journey.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with business development, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Present pricing and promotional strategies to senior management for approval and feedback.
  • Work closely with analytics and finance teams to monitor and report on the effectiveness and profitability of implemented pricing models with a focus on return on investment and payback periods.
Market Analysis:
  • Regularly conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and potential opportunities or threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to influence future pricing and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Product Management, or related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of E-commerce, Operations, or Product experience
  • Pricing and Promotion Strategy
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitor's key differentiators and messages
  • Experience in driving cross-functional and external facing projects from idea to implementation and adoption
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to translate business strategy into product strategy
  • Passionate about E-Commerce and Creator commerce

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104500 - $217600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
