Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial/Residential Roofing Operations Manager to oversee and manage roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction and roofing tasks. Knowledge should include Commercial and Residential new construction and Commercial Reroofing.

Duties:
- Set up jobs in our CRM Software.
- Oversee weekly payroll submission.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee materials ordering.
- Supervise contractors and Construction Superintendants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Responsible for keeping jobs in budget and running on-time.

Qualifications:

- 5-years experience minimum.

-Must be able to read Blue Prints.
- Proficient in MS office computer skills.
- Self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes

-Bilingual a plus, Field experience a plus.
