Position Summary: The Project Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site activities, the Superintendent ensures adherence to project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Serving as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the construction team, this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes. The Superintendent also upholds safety protocols, fosters teamwork, and maintains a productive working environment to achieve project goals effectively.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
