Summary

Order Management Analyst will be responsible for assigning products to pending sales orders, releasing and ensuring that the orders are being shipped in a timely manner. He/she will be accountable for order management analysis and suggest changes for process improvement and excellent customer experience. He or she will be responsible for Inventory Control, implementing and improving procedures for inventory accuracy and inventory replenishment in our distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Orders and manage backorders – management of pending orders
• Evaluate time/order requirements to ensure that the orders are properly processed
• Communicate/follow up with the other departments to ensure that the orders are processed in a timely manner, improving visibility and understanding throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow, maintaining service KPIs
• Manage all communication with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes
• Expedite order delays or problems internally, working closely with manufacturing unit to maintain order schedules
• Have knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
• Oversee all orders leaving warehouses, requesting warehouses to ship orders.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, maintaining accurate inventory with Production Scheduler
• Define, analyze, and execute a distribution strategy for warehouse replenishment
• Communicate with Warehouse Coordinator when inventory discrepancies arise to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner
• Communicate with Purchaser to ensure parts are on order in a timely manner
• Maintain constant knowledge of parts in production
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
• Prepare required/assigned daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Greatly versed in Microsoft office, primarily Excel.
• Good with Time Management.
• Great communication skills with both internal and external partners.
• The ability to adapt and change on the fly to best serve the customer.
• Prior experience with ERP systems Preferably (SAP)

Preferred Education & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Studying College Degree
• Complete College Degree
