Tigon Golf Carts is a leading golf cart dealership with three locations, including our main store in Hatfield, PA. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch golf carts, accessories, and customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as an on-the-phone sales representative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable golf cart products and services.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Learn and stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of our golf cart products and accessories.
• Communicate product information accurately and persuasively to customers.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system.
• Prepare and send sales quotes, invoices, and other related documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in phone sales and customer service.
• Experience in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn about products quickly and effectively convey product information to customers.
• Attributes:
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
