Responsibilities:

• Call and set appointments for senior sales reps from our existing customer database and other campaigns utilizing our proven process and scripting
• Accurately document customer interactions and details of resolutions in the CRM software
• Ensure that all inside sales staff is meeting/exceeding KPIs
• Manage all lead sources to maintain a strong ROI
• Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training new team members
• Oversee the sales team schedules and appointment calendars
• Role model and positively promote the company culture throughout the entire department
