Tiggeriffic Kids LLC. is currently hiring for Lead Teacher positions for our Meridian location. We are looking for positive, hard working, dedicated and loyal teachers who have a passion for early childhood education. Tiggeriffic Kids provides a loving, caring and nurturing educational environment and we are looking for applicant's who are qualified and experienced in providing such care. Listed below are the following requirements for our Lead Teacher positions.
Requirements to work in childcare Can be obtained upon hire
-Must be certified in Pediatric CPR & First Aid
-Must complete a Criminal Registry Check with Health and Welfare
Employee requirements:
-Establish relationships with parents and children that are nurturing and warmhearted
-Maintain clean and organized classroom & learning centers
-Participate in employee meetings, educational courses, events and activities
-Apply proper hygiene practices such as appropriate hand washing, sanitation and diapering procedures
-Follow all policies and procedures in Tiggeriffic Kids' employee handbook
-Always following proper supervision guidelines including sight and sound at all time's
-Ensure all curricular activities are within guidelines of childcare center
-Perform job duties with a positive, loyal and professional attitude
-Always honoring and respecting all children
-Follow proper procedures to clean, sanitize and disinfect entire classroom
Lead Teacher Position
-Ability to have weekly and daily activities/curriculum prepared while going through a day-to-day routine with children
-Engage children in learning centers and adjusting centers frequently to keep them active, interested and continuously participating
-Build healthy and professional relationships with parents through parent meetings, conferences and newsletters
-Use proper methods of communication with parents in written and oral form
-Ability to properly document and child reports (accident, behavior, medical, observation, attendance, assessments etc.) requested by centers
-Implement positive childcare practices to help children develop self-awareness and self-discipline
-Assist in training new staff
-properly delegate employee assignments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
