Overview:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for animal care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Collect and record patient information accurately
- Assist with animal restraint when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Assist with medical record management and filing
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
