Overview:

Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea drinks, and other beverages to customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including the service area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of products
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and beverage customization
- Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for guests

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
