YOUR ROLE: REPAIR TECH - APPLIANCE TECHNICIANAs a Repair Tech - Appliance Technician, your days are filled with fulfilling responsibilities. You'll conduct diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations, demonstrating your expertise in resolving issues and educating customers on proper appliance usage.Driving your company-provided service vehicle, you'll meticulously record service details on a company-provided iPad, ensuring accuracy and efficient documentation. Maintaining inventory control is crucial, as you'll be responsible for optimizing costs through proficient management of parts and supplies. Staying up to date with the latest industry advancements is essential, which is why you'll attend paid training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. QualificationsPreferred:
- Certification in appliance repair or an AAS degree
- 1 year of experience in the appliance industry
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a copy of the current AZ driver's abstract
- Strong technical abilities and a "can-do attitude"
- A good driving record and a minimum of 1 year of experience
- The ability to lift approximately 100 lbs
- Proficiency in managing on-truck inventory
