Tiger Lily Weddings seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part-time Wedding Floral Designer. If you have at least 2 years of experience in floral design and are dedicated to crafting beautiful arrangements, we want to hear from you!

Position: Part-time Wedding Floral DesignerLocation: Charleston, SCHours: Wednesday - Saturday and some Sundays required, with additional Holiday/Seasonal hours available during off-seasonsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in floral designAvailability: Must be available for weekend shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for weddings and events
• Set up arrangements at local wedding venues
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of events
• Understanding of verbiage within the wedding/events floral space
• Able to create consistent arrangements in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in floral design, with a portfolio showcasing your work
• Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
• Serious and dedicated approach to the art; no "flower enthusiasts" or hobbyists
