Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain scheduling customers
- Coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general office duties such as filing and data entry
- Utilize phone systems to handle calls professionally
- Support staff with various tasks as needed

Experience:
- Experience in calendar management and office administration
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Familiarity in an auto setting and handling calls professionally
- Proficient computer literacy skills
