Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Software Developer with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch and possess a deep understanding of coding principles. This role is perfect for a strong coder who is also capable of conducting manual tests before transforming them into automated processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability in our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and identify testing strategies.
• Conduct manual tests to identify, record, and document bugs and inconsistencies.
• Automate manual testing processes to increase efficiency and coverage, ensuring the highest quality of software.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain the high quality of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to continually improve the testing framework.
• Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document the automation process, including the design and execution of scripts, as well as test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong coding skills and experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
