Summary
Product Development is a key role in creating and maintaining information flow within an organization. The Product Managers role is to plan and coordinate a products life cycle that makes sense for the success of the organization. This role will know the state of the market and where Tiffin's offerings fall within. This role is responsible for keeping track of product changes, following through to completion. This individual will be the hub of all information coming in or going out within the organization as it pertains to a products lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Functions as the voice of the customer - Manages Customer Profiles.
  • Creates Product Roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Responsible for obtaining Steering approval for major product changes.
  • Communicates product plans and changes within the organization.
  • Prioritizes product changes and communicates them for implementation.
  • Creates and maintains competitive analyses.
  • Market expert/competitive landscape expert.
  • Responsible for new product concepts/floor plan design.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work at all levels withing the organization.
  • Ability to consider all parts of a problem before coming up with a solution. 
  • Strategic thinker who can identify market gaps with long term business benefits.
  • Able to come up with outside the box solutions to complex problems. 
  • Able to set clear goals and articulate how those goals fit into the overall strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience or 3 years of motor home design, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing preferred, but not required.
