We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)  to join our dietary team in the Kansas City Area ! 

The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. Also responsible for safely and efficiently providing nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
• Minimum of one year of work in kitchen/dining services in a Senior Living Facility or other institutional setting preferred. 
• Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years’ experience in long-term care preferred.
