Tiffany Lawn & Garden Supply, Inc. - Indy's premier landscape supply store is actively seeking to add a Sales and Service Partner to support the Northside Indianapolis location. The Sales and Service Partner will actively engage with customers and create an exceptional in-store experience. They embody our Mission and values in their words and actions while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, and strong point-of-sale proficiency.
The Sales and Service Partner will report to the Store Manager and will work cohesively with the Sales, Dispatch, and Call Center teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The right candidate will be energetic, customer focused, and determined to add value within a fast-paced environment. All qualified candidates should submit their resume for consideration.
PEAK SEASON (April-May) REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities:
· Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
· Communicate effectively with customers both in person and on the phone and resolve their concerns and issues with utmost urgency and professionalism.
· Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge (including features and benefits) to the customer.
· Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at all points of sale
· Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
· Maintain visual-merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
· Assist with monitoring and replenishing floor stock.
· Foster new and existing commercial and wholesale accounts through partnership with Customer Service Representatives
· Perform administrative or clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
· Demonstrate a high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management
· Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
Qualifications:
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and proofreading skills
· Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask
· Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to maintain cooperative work relationships
· Ability to independently manage areas of responsibility
· Minimum 1 year of exceptional work preferably within a sales or customer service environment
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
