Responsibilities include leading and developing On-Duty Managers, Drivers, and Kitchen staff, executing daily objectives, working with Store Managers and District Managers and other ASMs and SMs in the district to make sure all stores in the market work together to deliver warm moments.

The typical ASM schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 4 : 00 pm to close and Thursday / Friday 1 : 00 pm to close.
Ability to run the operation with minimal distractions or unnecessary work (Orders primarily come in online or through call center;
there's only one process for all recipes; the manager has the ability to see every order, etc.)
Minimal inventory, forecasting, and P&L work
No endless cash counting, deposit slips, or lengthy check-outs (We’re cashless!)
An attendance point system that makes it easy to manage tardiness and call-outs
Job Summary :
The primary responsibility of an Assistant Store Manager is to manage operations of their store in Tiff’s Treat’s delivery of the Top five.
The ASM will ensure that customers experience our industry-leading Tiff’s Treatment customer service. ASMs execute store operations with accuracy and timeliness to help us deliver warm cookie moments.
ASMs are responsible for store operations including, but not limited to, managing staff, assisting customers, maintaining a clean store, and running an organized shift.
The Assistant Store Manager will primarily be working weeknight shifts-with day and weekend support.
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position.
Responsibilities and Requirements :
Ability to manage a staff of approximately five to 10 employees
Ability to resolve customer complaints
Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work of staff
Provides on-the-job training for new employees
Assists in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of product
Assists in greeting customers, taking orders, using the register, assembling orders, and checking for completeness and correctness
Ensures that every customer receives Tiff’s Treatment in person and on the phone and expects the same from all team members
Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
Completes closing procedures and completes daily paperwork
Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
Proactively stocks supplies and manages inventory
Summary of Experience and Qualifications :
Leadership experience of one to three years or more in food-service, hospitality, or retail
Experience driving sales and excellence
Customer service experience in a fast-paced, food service, restaurant, or retail environment
Flexible availability
Must be punctual and demonstrate outstanding attendance
Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative
Maintains a positive, can-do attitude with the team and reserves critiques and concerns for conversations with leadership
Must be an excellent communicator and be available and approachable for conversations with team members or team leaders
Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, work ethic, and ability to handle complicated situations
Must have the ability to learn quickly
Physical requirements :
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow and obey all traffic laws
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Constant standing and / or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
Must be able to ascend / descend stairs while carrying up to 50 lbs
Occasional stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, etc. up to 50 lbs
Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs
