Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: - Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments - Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs - Fabricate and weld parts as needed - Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities - Assist with the supervision of contractors and vendors - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Skills: - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Strong knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems - Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately - Basic understanding of welding techniques and equipment - Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Maintenance Technicians.
