Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos

- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service

- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment

- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in using Toast POS system for order processing and payment handling

- Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating customer orders

- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills to provide a friendly and welcoming experience

- Time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders

- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices

- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
