Tiercel Partners is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Princeton, NJ
Tiercel Health Partners is a n investment firm that focuses on supporting and scaling medical businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to research and analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements. This is an Entry-Level position with a lot of opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
- Preparing decks and pitch book
- Negotiating deals with PE firms and funds
- Exploring investment opportunities
- Establishing and evaluating profit plans
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
- Providing financial models and forecasting
- Working closely with the CEO and directors to develop new strategies and techniques to help scale future portfolio businesses
Requirements
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
