Job Description
The purpose of this position is to operate and maintain raw material unloading systems and designated material handling
Essential Job Functions
- Operate Overhead Crane, 30K Forklift, Forklift with hook stinger, Forklift with pole, Forklift with adjustable fork, Forklift drive on flatbed, and Front-end loader,
- Transport new production to location
- Strapping (pre-load)
- Loading truck (flatbed)
- Loading container
- Load and unload fabric
- Cut Samples
- Scanner
- Identifies unsafe conditions
- Tug/pull trailer
- Railcar mover / pull rail cars
- (R/C) Taking resin samples
- (R/C) Pumping resin into silo and hopper
- (R/C) Hurricane pump
- (R/C) General Housekeeping
Other Job Functions
· Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
· High School Diploma.
· 1 years of loading experience
· Some knowledge of operating overhead crane.
· Certified forklift driver.
· To be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Able to climb up to 90 feet high and work in an elevated environment.
· Able to climb on and off stationary work areas 3 – 4 feet high.
