Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury, with experience supporting attorneys in all stages of the legal process. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case management, client communication, document preparation, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of case management
• Organizing and managing case files, including electronic and physical documents
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Obtaining and organizing medical records and other evidence
• Providing administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law representing plaintiffs
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
