Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor on their search for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator in the greater Ankey, IA area who has experience managing/estimating Commercial Ground-Up Construction Projects (Education, Commercial, Healthcare) valued between $1MM-$50MM.

Job Title: Project Manager Estimator (at least 2 years tenure with current employer)

Projects: Healthcare, Education, Commercial (Ground-Up Construction)

PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for developing preliminary budgets & value engineering
• Pre-construction schedules, procurement plans, prequalification of subcontractors & detailed take-off and estimating
• Ability to present estimates and executive summaries to client representative
• Experienced in preparing bid packages, obtain bids from subcontractors and material vendors
• Purchase Orders

Qualifications:

• at least 2 years of related experience is required
• Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred
