Description: The Warehouse Associate will work to support all warehouse functions (e.g., logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, etc.,) with exposure to the overall operations of the business. The successful candidate will have a thirst for learning, possess outstanding attention to detail, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire for career growth. Reports To: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Skills / Qualifications:

• No prior experience required!

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communications skills, both oral and written
• Self-starter with the ability to excel in a team environment
• Good computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable working with ambiguity
• Must be in reasonably good physical condition with ability to lift up to 49 lbs and handle products up to 100 lbs, and ability to stand/walk for long durations

Position Duties:

• Gain experience using asset management software
• Perform inventory management activities including cycle counting and parts picking / put-away
• Wash industrial electronic and mechanical parts and components
• Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep
• Receive shipments and enter them into asset management software
• Box, prepare, and coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and TIE software
• Assist in transporting, monitoring, and organizing inventory
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and critical thinking methods
• Learn proficiency in logistics of industrial electronics
• Assist in operations of the company
