KSA's / Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with library practices and procedures and automated library systems preferred but not required.
• Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools.

Additional Considerations

• Working knowledge of general library operations, on-line library systems, interlibrary loan practices, and customer service practices and principles.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize an automated circulation system and to assist library patrons in locating information.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and use current word processing software and to use the internet.
