Job Summary:
Full time position in a Cirrus Platinum Training Center conducting training flights in late-model, air-conditioned Cirrus SR2x aircraft.

Aviation Experience:
Experience with Garmin GNS430/430W/530/530W and/or G-1000 systems is preferred. Extensive knowledge of current GPS approach procedures is also preferred.

Primary responsibilities:
This pilot position will primarily be providing flight instruction operating Cirrus aircraft under FAR Parts 61 & 91 The candidate will provide ground, simulator, and flight instruction in late-model glass cockpit aircraft with Garmin or Avidyne avionics systems. Our courses include Private, Instrument, Transition, and Advanced Transition Training on all Cirrus models.

People Skills:
Most of our customers are highly successful business persons who own Cirrus Aircraft. Our instructors must be able to tailor their instruction to a wide variety of customer backgrounds and personalities.

Qualifications:
FAA Certificated Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII) required
Current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate required.
250 hours total flight time
Some hours dual instruction given preferred
