Looking for an outstanding Gate House Safety Officer to protect the Tiara property during the evening or graveyard hours.

Must be personable and want to show up to work each evening dressed and ready to impress as the face of the Tiara.

Authorize all vehicle and pedestrian entries and exits through the main gate.

The officer also observes the fence line in his line of vision for intruders, along with monitoring security camera screens when not performing other officer tasks.

Officer observes residents, guest and delivery traffic pattern while on property and advises Front Desk of any deviation of parking protocol.

The Gate House Safety Officer must also communicate effectively either by radio or phone, with the Concierge Desk Agent to ensure continuity and effective implementation of Tiara’s Rules & Regulations.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
