thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is now seeking a Customer Service Plant Liaison to be based out of our location in Toledo, OH.

Shift Hours: Monday - Saturday, 5:00pm-3:30am. Starting hourly rate $17.10, weekly pay, benefits starting within 30 days of employment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Interface with the customer and the facility to resolve issues to prevent disruptions and defects in the customer’s daily operations.
• Drives process improvements, troubleshoots issues and performs root cause analysis to ensure excellent service levels to customer.
• Uses strong communication skills and always adhere to a high level of personal and professional presentation as this is a client facing role.
• Works with employees to meet all customer goals and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.10 - $17.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
