Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. Duties:
- Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of solar panels, racking, and other system components
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of work areas by cleaning and organizing materials and tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to work with high voltage equipment
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time contract position with opportunities for career growth within our company. Project would be upto 6 months.
