MIPRTC, Inc. is currently accepting applications for Direct Support Staff to join our team and journey with us in support of our mission to help the American Indigenous affected by or afflicted with substance use disorder.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, providing supervision and guidance for clients during all activities, assisting counseling and nursing staff in supporting client care, developing a rapport with clients and cultivating a safe and supportive relationship, documenting in writing any medical/behavior problems to the appropriate departments, attending all staff meetings and trainings, and working with clients with the highest of confidentiality. Qualifications:

• Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have some knowledge of the 12 step principles
• Be a licensed driver or working towards obtaining a license
• Have good oral and written skills and basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Must be free of problematic substance use for 1 year
• Subject to immunization review and submit proof of required vaccinations
