We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Community to lead the growth
and engagement of our online community. In this role, you will play a dual role,
overseeing the strategic direction of our community initiatives while also personally
welcoming and onboarding prospective members.
Responsibilities:

•Community Strategy Growth:
•Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy that aligns
with business objectives.
•Identify and implement best practices for online community engagement.
•Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
•Establish key metrics and track community growth and success.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement innovative community
initiatives.
•Onboarding Member Engagement:
•Personally welcome and onboard prospective members, fostering positive
first impressions.
•Conduct engaging introductory meetings, demos, and training outlining
member benefits and expectations.
•Proactively engage with new and existing members, fostering a sense of
belonging and connection.
•Address member concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional
manner.
•Leadership Collaboration:
•Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the community team (if applicable).
•Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
•Act as an advocate for the community within the broader organization.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in online community management, community
engagement, or a related field.
•Proven track record of building and growing thriving online communities.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Experience conducting onboarding meetings and building rapport with new
members.
•Passion for fostering genuine connections and building relationships.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in online community management tools and platforms.
Bonus points:
•Experience in the wellness industry.
•Experience leading a community team.
